Abstract:

Today, smart homes bring comfort, security, and time and energy savings. Advances in medical technology have paved the way for dramatic increases in life expectancy over the past few decades. Increasing life expectancy has led to an increase in the aging population. To address the growing need for geriatric health care services, it is essential to develop cost-effective, prudent and practical solutions for medical care. Significant advances in computing and communication technologies, along with low-power, low-cost sensors and modern electronic components, have opened up many opportunities for health-level monitoring in the form of IoT applications. A smart home can play a key role in the health care system for the elderly and disabled. Smart homes, equipped with medical sensors, stimuli and new communication and information technologies, can continuously and remotely monitor the health of the elderly and disabled at low cost. Smart homes allow seniors to stay indoors and monitor their physical condition without having to leave home. In this article, while reviewing the available facilities and capabilities, a complete set of these facilities is provided and a set of practical boards is presented in the field. In this way, the elderly person, with only a small board in his hand and a server board, can provide a set of facilities including disconnection and connection, gradual increase and decrease, health monitoring and sending the health and vital status to the physician. Have your own authority.
