Smart homes allow seniors to stay indoors and monitor their physical condition without having to leave home. In this article, while reviewing the available facilities and capabilities, a complete set of these facilities is provided and a set of practical boards is presented in the field. In this way, the elderly person, with only a small board in his hand and a server board, can provide a set of facilities including disconnection and connection, gradual increase and decrease, health monitoring and sending the health and vital status to the physician.
