Identifying and analyzing the effective factors on stone crushing performance using importance performance analysis

Over the last decade, stones applications have been developed in different aspects. Stones are useful and profitable in various industries, road and building construction, etc. Primary materials for construction are often made by soils and crushed stones. Due to application and importance of stones in daily lives and different industries, this paper identifies the most important factors for stone crushing in jaw and qubit crushers. The questionnaire was used to collect the primary data. Experts of Firoozeh Tile Company of Mashhad answered the questionnaire. Then, collected data are analyzed by importance performance analysis method. The results show that soil moisture needs special attention in order to increase productivity in stone crushing department.
