an industrial procedure for preparation of cephlosporanic acid intermidates7-AVCA,7-ADCA

Preparation of 7-AVCA (I) includes 8 steps and 3intermediates which namely penicillin G sulphoxide ester C , GCLE F and GVNE G , respectively , in synthesis of 7-ADCA N , penicillin G (A) reacted with peracetic acid to give penicillin G sulphoxide J yield: 90% , purity : 98% . in second step penicillin G sulphoxide was treated with bis trimethyl silyl urea BSU , acetyl bromide and pyridine which produce cephalosporin G(M) yield: 78% ,purity: 98% finally in third step using wet penicillin G amidase , cephalosporin G converted to 7- ADCA(N) (yield: 58% , purity 99% .
