Abstract:
The current study aimed to evaluate the educational value of high school English book and its significance in the language program. To this end, the study was equipped with questionnaire which consisted four parts. The survey questionnaire evaluated different criteria, included content, skills, physical appearance, and practical consideration. ۶۰ male and female teachers on the tenth- grade in different high schools in Hormozgan participated in this project. The results and analysis of findings for evaluating the Iranian tenth- grade English Textbook from the Perspective of teachers were discussed, and represented in this project. Finally, the study revealed that great number of teachers had positive attitudes toward the mentioned book.
