Abstract:
In this study, carbon quantum dots containing carboxyl and amine functional groups were synthesized by hydrothermal method. Folic acid, hyaluronic acid and mannose were used to modify the surface of the carbon quantum dots and their effect on fluorescence and quantum yield of carbon quantum dots was studied. Dynamic light scattering, infrared spectroscopy, UV-vis spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer were used to identify carbon quantum dots and modified carbon quantum dots. The quantum yield of carbon quantum dots, carbon quantum dots-folic acid, carbon quantum dots-hyaluronic acid and carbon quantum dots-mannose were calculated as ۸۰.۳۹%, ۹۷.۱۳%, ۷۶.۱۳% and ۷۳.۸۹%, respectively
