Summaries of articles published in congresses and conferences were excluded from the study. Lastly, ۱۲ articles were evaluated. Results: The following are the most important sources of transmission of microorganisms and consequently infection in the hospital: -Contact transmission, which is the most common and important way of transmitting infection and includes any direct and indirect contact. -Airborne transmission -Transmission through contaminated common equipment -Transmission through vectors such as mosquitoes, flies and mice, which play little role in transmitting nosocomial infections. According to studies, ۲۵% of nosocomial infections are transmitted through respiration and blood. Conclusion: Due to the problems that nosocomial infections cause for medical centers, staff and have affected the treatment process and recovery period.
