Data Privacy and Ethics, Compliance SDLC and IOT with General Data Protection Regulation

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is harmonized data privacy laws across Europe, to protect and empower all EU residents’ data privacy and to reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy. Software development life cycle (SDLC) is a process for building software. In this paper to solve the challenges of aligning the IoT applications with GDPR, compliance requirements are defined and expressed as ۱۰ fundamental questions whose answers are provided by querying the instantiated system and it will indicate that ethical tools lead to higher quality in agile software projects. Thus, it indicates that ethical tools are a quality driver in agile software.
