Comparative study of murder on the bed (Honour killing) with Iranian constitutional law

This paper presents a review of Article ۶۳۰, popularly known as murder in bed, of the Islamic Penal Codeof Iran. There are some ambiguities in the article that make it difficult to determine whether the crime isjustifiable or not. The aim of this paper is to clarify the ambiguities and shortcomings of Article ۶۳۰ (IPC)through a comparative study of the Article with Iranian constitutional law. As a result article ۶۳۰ IPCviolates Iranian constitutional law. The finding of this research will help to improve this article.
