Abstract:

The research aims to survey the relationship between social responsibility and clients satisfaction of welfare organization in East of Tehran. The research variables include social responsibility, clients satisfaction. In this research, it was used Descriptive survey method to survey the hypotheses and to respond the research questions. The research statistical society includes clients of welfare organization in east of Tehran. The research statistical sample volume includes ۲۹۷ people. The research has been performed in welfare organization in East of Tehran. It has been used social responsibility questionnaire and clints satisfaction questionnaire in order to collect required data in the research. It has been utilized Pearson statistical test in the research. In order to analyze collected data and to survey the research hypotheses, it has been used SPSS software. The research results represented that theres a significant relationship between social responsibility and its dimension (Economic dimension, Legal dimension, Ethical dimension, humanitarian dimension) and clients satisfaction in welfare organization in East of Tehran.
