Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of knowledge-based leadership (management) in order to increase productivity and improve the financial level of companies as a case study in the staff of Shuttle Internet Company in Mazandaran province. The selected statistical population among the employees present in Mazandaran Shuttle Internet Company was ۳۰ people. Correlation test was used to test the research hypotheses and evaluate and identify the relationships between variables and given that the data are small, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. This research included ۵ main hypotheses that were based on the components: knowledge-based management, employee productivity, knowledge utilization, knowledge transfer, and increasing the level of financial income. The data of this study by SPSS statistical analysis software and obtaining Cronbach's alpha coefficient of ۰.۵۳ showed that it has relative stability. The results of this study showed that in the impact of knowledge-based leadership components on employee productivity, knowledge utilization had the most share and knowledge-based management had the least share.
