Abstract:

In this article, the creation process of virtual management in distribution and allocation of financial resources and organizing human resources in the corona era are surveyed. In the line with this, with an analysis of the previous investigations, the factors impacting the virtual management were identified and a ۲۶-item questionnaire was designed and sent to ۲۷۴ persons by e-mail. After gathering the data, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used for the analysis of relations in the SPSS software environment. The results showed that virtual management consisting of two systems for management of human resources and the management of financial resources can significantly impact the efficiency of financial resources, profiteering, and the performance of human resources. In this way, the features of the tasks of individuals exert a positive impact on the level of communications, and the level of communications, leadership, coherence, and empowerment, in turn, exert a positive impact on the trust of the staff members. Also, the trust of the staff members is influenced by the management of the financial resources. From another point of view, the communications and the trust level exert a significant positive impact on financial efficiency and profiteering.
