Abstract:

English has become an international language due to its broad usage globally. Rapid breakthroughs in all practical disciplines, on the one hand, and the expanding requirements of human communities, on the other, have made it more vital to link with other countries in the latter four decades of the twentieth century. Following these developments, people all over the globe have developed a language of communication that makes education more critical, particularly in schools and universities, in all disciplines of the industry, medicine, economics, commerce, university education, sports, and tourism. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) using SPSS and ExpertChoice model to rank and identify the most significant aspects, this research introduces several characteristics impacting the English language difficulties and educational achievement in schools and universities. The target audience consisted of forty natural and legal specialists in the educational system who served as consultants. According to the findings of this research, the main influential elements on the issues and educational achievement of English language in schools and universities are as follows: ۱. making use of excellent instructors and instructional techniques. ۲. Developing motivation in the classroom via selecting a partner of the opposite sex, visual communication with the partner, poetry, viewing instructional movies and cartoons, a CD, and a standard training book. ۳. Participation of students in group discussions. ۴. A physical learning environment with the required infrastructure, facilities, and infrastructure ۵.Monitoring instructors' performance is increasingly significant, and it is suggested that greater attention be paid to the mentioned variables to achieve better outcomes in resolving issues associated with teaching English language in schools and universities.
