ON THE EIGENVALUES AND NORMS OF CIRCULANT MATRICESINVOLVING (K;H)-PELL SEQUENCE AND (K;H)-PELL-LUCAS SEQUENCE

In this note particular Circulant matrices involving (k; h)-Pell sequence and (k; h)-Pell-Lucas sequence areconsidered. Some formulas for nth term and sum of the first n terms of (k; h)-Pell and (k; h)-Pell-Lucassequences are considered. Then eigenvalues and determinants of circulant matrices involving these sequencesare obtained. Finally Euclidean norms and some upper and lower bounds for the spectral norms of circulantmatrices involving (k; h)-Pell and (k; h)-Pell-Lucas sequences are established
