Abstract:

The liver is one of the vital organs of the body that plays a very important role in metabolism, detoxification of drug, excretion of harmful substances from the body, and liver failure is considered as one of the serious risks to human health. Apoptosis is one of those noticeable feature of liver disease. Liver disease increasing affected by the balance between apoptotic and anti-apoptotic abilities. The aim of the present study was to investigate the changes in the selected index of apoptosis in the liver tissue of male Wistar rats resulting from three exercise training protocols. In This experimental study, Thirty-two rats)۸ weeks) were divided into four groups of eight: control, Moderate Intensity Training(MIT), High Intensity training(HIT), High intensity interval training(HIIT). The training lasted eight weeks, five sessions per week. ۲۴ hours after the last training session, liver ventricular tissue samples were extracted and stored at -۸۰ ° C until the experiment.One-way ANOVA test was used to test the research hypotheses and Tukey post-hoc test was used for group comparison. Results :The results showed that compared to the control group, CBP gene expression was significantly reduced in all three groups of MIT, HIT and HIIT( P≤۰/۰۰۱) So that it has decreased by ۰.۰۰۱۸ units, ۰.۰۰۱۷ units and ۰.۰۰۱ units, respectively, compared to the control group Conclusion :The results showed that the sports protocols of the current study have the same effects on reducing the expression of CBP gene in liver tissue. Therefore, it can be considered as a preventive mechanism to prevent or reduce liver apoptosis.
