Abstract:
With the introduction of information technology into the organization, the functions of humanresource management undergo changes. This change can be effective if we first recognize theactivities that information technology can perform and provide the context for these activities.Subsequently, human resource management has found the necessary familiarity with the newconditions in order to improve the performance of the organization's human resources by using thecapacities that information technology can create. Examine human resource management. Amongthe researcher's findings in this field, in order to better perform human resource management tasks,one must first: the new environment that is influenced by technology We need to know theinformation and secondly: know what duties the human resources manager should perform in thisenvironment.
