Abstract:
In the new era, due to the growth of various technologies in the world, in order to advance theirgoals, in addition to learning theoretical and specialized subjects, i.e. acquiring general and scientificliteracy, they should also be equipped with information literacy and technological literacy, includingnew scientific fields. In this century, it is the manager of information technology, which was formedin line with new sciences and techniques. Today, the manager of information technology plays anessential role as a lever and a strong arm along with other issues that help advance the goals of anorganization. Considering the importance of the manager's role Information technology, a managermust have the necessary expertise in this field. A manager needs two types of expertise This is thefield. Firstly: having general skills and secondly: learning private skills. In this article, we tried toanalyze both categories of required skills in a descriptive way.
