Abstract:

In the internal combustion engines, when the piston moves upside by stored energy in flywheel at compression stroke, all the intake air compressed in the very small volume which that volume knows as compression volume. According to standard clarence between of piston ring and bush, some of the compressed air due increase of the air pressure in the compression volume, escapes to crankcase that them has high pressure and attack to engine lubrication oil and it's mixed with oil that created oil vapor is due to heat and high pressure. The generated vapor, which is called blowby gas, is transferred to the ambient air through various holes and channels such as the tippet rod channel, the gauge pipe for checking the engine oil level and etc. The blowby gas contains hydrocarbon and can be burned during the process and its energy can be used. Usually, there is thought about blowby gas recirculation that blowby gas can be transferred to the air filter through a pipe or hose and enter the engine easily, but transfer the blowby gas just by pipe and hose will be malefaction such as deterioration of turbocharger performance caused by sticking engine oil, abnormal combustion in engine and malfunction of each sensor caused by sticking engine oil, so blowby gas recirculation require to different structures and components, The function and components of this system are explained in this article.
