Abstract:

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is widely considered to be the most commonform of dementia. More recent evidence reveals that at least ۵۰ millionpeople worldwide will be living with AD or others dementia. AD isincreasingly set to become a vital threat to healthcare in society. Scientistshave seen increasing age and positive family history of dementia as the tworisk factors of AD. The symptoms of Alzheimer's disease progress slowlyover several years. AD generally has three main stages of symptoms: Earlysymptoms, Middle-stage symptoms, and Later symptoms. There isn't asingle cause of Alzheimer's disease but several factors are known toincrease the risk of developing AD. That is to say, The principal factors ofAD are age, family history, and cardiovascular disease. It has not yetestablished a certain cure for AD but there is a medicine available that cantemporarily reduce the symptoms. To the best of our knowledge, the exactcause of Alzheimer's disease is still unknown, the best way is to have ahealthy lifestyle and stay mentally and socially active to prevent it. Futurestudies will concentrate on finding a way to reduce the developing risk ofAD and threaten it by the use of stem cells.
