Establish integrated crisis management system in fire and crisis event

Every organization, regardless of the extent of its organizational activities and dimensions, must always be prepared to face critical situations. Organizations do not expect a crisis or emergency to occur, especially as it affects their personnel, equipment, and economic activities; however, the fact is that emergencies and disasters are due to various reasons, depending on the nature of the organization's activities, conditions Geographical area and other factors occur and can cause harm to anyone, everywhere and at any time. The best way to protect an organization's assets (manpower, equipment, environment, economic activities and reputation) against crises and emergencies is to establish a crisis management system and to act in an emergency. By establishing a systematic approach and process in establishing such an integrate and usefull system these can be prevented and their consequences reduced if they occur. The research method in this article is based on previous researches and library documents. The goal of this research is to reduction and rapid response to accidents. According to research we have found that the crisis management system is a systematic effort to prevent a crisis or to manage an ongoing crisis.
