Abstract:

Family therapy with efforts to improve and reduce the structural problems and efficiency of cognitive, emotional and functional counseling Family members can play an important role in the individual and social well-being of families. According to capacity, content richness and The comprehensiveness of Islam in the family and on the other hand adaptation to indigenous culture, the present study with qualitative meta-analysis method, the effectiveness of family therapy in line with the Islamic approach and while providing a description of various interventions to examine the effectiveness, strengths and weaknesses and Explains the effective components in the effectiveness of therapies. In this regard, the research was selected and analyzed with the most thematic relevance from ۲۰۰۹-۲۰۱۱. The results showed that ۱- Family therapy has been extracted from religious texts either in combination with contemporary psychological approaches or by ijtihad method and has been studied individually or in comparison with one of the types of contemporary family therapies. ۲- Family therapy based on or in line with the Islamic approach has been significantly effective in promoting components such as intimacy of couples, commitment and compatibility of couples, reform of family structure and boundaries, marital satisfaction and family health. ۳- Components such as comprehensiveness, similarity with human instinctual structure, attention to cognitive, emotional, behavioral, structural, spiritual and trust building dimensions of clients due to cultural sensitivity in treatment, are the strengths of therapies based on Islamic approach. Also, spiritual and religious family therapy, in accordance with the innate tendency of God and spirituality as a transcendental source, modulates family relations and marital relations
