Abstract:
Overcoming uncertainty in the water field and wastewater collection needs programming and management before becoming a risk and causing damages. This uncertainty leads to using the two-stage stochastic multi-objective optimization model for the water supply chain and wastewater collection system. In the following, a compromise programming method is proposed for the stochastic model. Finally some decisions have been made regarding the optimal value of reducing costs and mitigating greenhouse gas effects. Ultimately, new managerial sights are obtained in the realm of water and wastewater using the problem definition.
