Method: The present study is descriptive and in the sort of post-event, those comparative designs were used in it. Data were collected using the Jones Irrational Beliefs Questionnaire (۱۹۸۷), Scott and Bruce’s General Decision-Making Styles (۱۹۹۵), and Wiseman and Beck’s Dysfunctional Attitude (۱۹۹۷), which included a total of ۱۶۵ questions.  Results: According to the results, there was a significant difference between irrational beliefs in women with vaginismus and undersexed women, for all beliefs at the alpha level of ۰.۰۵ (۰.۰۵> P). There was no significant difference between decision-making style in women with vaginismus and undersexed women (P > ۰.۰۵). Conclusion: the rate of irrational beliefs in undersexed women was higher than in women with vaginismus. Decision-making styles were reported to be high between both women with vaginismus and women with the undersexed disorder. Meanwhile, the rate of dysfunctional thoughts in undersexed women was higher than in women with vaginismus.
