Abstract:

The Hydroforming is a practice to expand, shape and bend a raw piece using fluid pressure. During this process, many changes are made at different points along the length of the piece. In most cases, due to such a unique feature, a hydroformed part is able to replace several pressing operations. In addition, drilling and grooving operations can be performed with minimal deformation of the part surface by means of hydroforming. It means that two different operations, each of which requires its own device in the manufacturing process, can be performed with one device in the hydroforming process. In the article, ۳۱۴ steel pipe will be used for simulation and analysis. In this research, the hydroforming process of the pipe inside a ۹۰-degree bend mold will be simulated in three dimensions with the help of finite element method and the improvement mechanism of forming will be analyzed and investigated. This simulation is done for a thickness of ۱ mm. In the following, he examined and determined the optimal parameters in order to form the sheet without tearing and breaking, and carried out this process for a wide range of sheets in different thicknesses, and for the results of the simulation, he only examined things such as stresses, we will pay the strains, displacement and the number of forces necessary to carry out the process.
