Histopathological studies on the prevalence of gill necrosis in carpcarrot Lake distracted Kazeroon

Introduction: Meat, fish and other livestock to various reasons that are consumedorally is preferred. Given the importance of the health of fish to be used in humansociety seems essential. Gill necrosis syndrome is one of the most importantdiseases in the aquaculture industry. The purpose of this study was to investigatethe prevalence of histopathological gill necrosis in carp carrot opioid Lake isdistracted.Methods:In this study, ۱۰۰ pieces of carp (carrots) Kazeroon distracted Lake fishing andice compartments Rubber powder was sent to the lab. And clinical studies , necropsy was attempted and theobservations recorded , the fish gills were isolated and transferred to ۱۰%formalin solution . The gill tissue sections were stained with hematoxylin andeosin, they were studied.Results:In ۳۱ % of cases, one or microscopic signs were observed in ۶۹ % of cases, nosymptoms were reported pathology. The most important microscopic signs,including the collapse of the cytoplasm membrane ۲۸, ۲۳ hypertonic cytoplasm,nucleus Hypertrophy ۲۵, ۱۷ pick nose, ۱۱ is replaced by connective tissue.
