Investigating the necessity and development ofresearch in schools

Research is one of the important axes in the guarantee of progress and sustainabledevelopment in every country. Human knowledge will not increase if research is not done. intodays world, societies that value national independence and the development goals of theirsociety have made research their first priority in their strategic planning and scientificpolicies.Research also needs training, because research is actually atechnique and has variousmethods that can only be learned and applied through training. Unfortunately, the culture ofresearch in various educational and cultural sectors has not yet been strengthened so that it canbe used for the development and progress of the country. Scientific and research culture is inthe struggle of influence and effectiveness of the general culture of the society and many of itsenergies, resources and opportunities are spent on reducing the unwanted and undesirableeffects of the general culture on the boundaries of the research culture therefore, in order todevelop the research culture, it is necessary to revise the research concepts in the generalculture of the society. The research methods is a description of the type of document analysis,wich by analyzing and examining the documents of reliable sources, finding related to thesubject are extracted and used. In line with the aim of the research two main guestions wereasked. The results of the research showed that the challenges in the field of research,education and education have very wide scope. It in cludes discussion about the establishmentof educational research institutes, education andtraining of educational researchers, attentionto investment in research, and discussion about the process of scientific – research support forexecutive programs of education and the application of research findings.
