The Effect of Coping Therapy on Blood Pressure of Under-stress Women

Background and Aim: Blood pressure is a common problem in people exposed to stress and is an important part of the physiological science of the heart. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of coping therapy on blood pressure as an important indicator of the physiological function of the heart in women exposed to stress. Materials and Methods: Blood pressure is a common problem in people exposed to stress and is an important part of the physiological science of the heart. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of coping therapy on blood pressure as an important indicator of the physiological function of the heart in women exposed to stress. Results: In the post-test phase, coping therapy reduced systolic blood pressure (P<۰.۰۵ and F=۵.۸۷), but diastolic blood pressure (P<۰.۰۵ and F=۱.۸۶) had no effect. follow-up stage, treatment was not significant for systolic blood pressure (P<۰.۰۵ and F=۰.۴۸) and diastolic blood pressure (P<۰.۰۵ and F=۲.۹۷). Conclusion: Coping therapy can be effective in improving blood pressure in women with stress in interpersonal relationships. As a result, this treatment can be a way to improve the physiological function of the heart, especially women's blood pressure.
