Study of Vernacular Habitats (Case Study of Vernacular Architecture of Aloulak in Qazvin)

In this study, one of the villages of Qazvin city is studied in terms of vernacular and regional architecture. The climate and culture of this area greatly affect the architecture of its residential buildings, especially in the old texture of the village. Some examples of very old houses are introduced and classified here. This study is conducted to identify Aloulak residential spaces that are important both historically and due to the climatic design features of the area. The question is what is the main feature of the vernacular habitats in this village. This is a descriptive-analytical study, and the data are collected by field documentary method. The maps are prepared by the author. The theoretical framework is that environmental phenomena affect vernacular architecture.
