Abstract:

In this research was study the allelopathy effect of different concentrations of aqueous extract of artemisia at the flowering stage, on some physiological properties of the bean plant such as chlorophyll, photosynthesis, proline and also identify the amount of phenolic compounds. Treatment was included artemisia extract in concentrations of ۳۰, ۶۰, ۱۰۰ precentage and control (distilled water). This experiment was performed by factorial in a randomized complete block design with four treatments and four replicates. For data analysis was using SPSS statistical software program. The results showed The physiological characteristics chlorophyll content was reduced by Artemisia extract at leaf applies in ۳۰% concentration and ۶۰% concentrations of third applies. Also the extract of Artemisia in any type of application was cause a general decrease in the rate of photosynthesis and proline. HPLC system was reported cafeic acid and galic acid compounds. The chlorogenic acid poly phenolic composition was identified at low level only in ۱۰۰% concentration of treated soil by the rate of ۱۲.۱۱ ppm
