Abstract:
Engineering education is as old as engineering sciences.It has always provided the basis for the transfer andadvancement of these sciences. However, this topic itselfmay not be updated, unlike engineering sciences thathave made a lot of progress in recent years, which causesproblems in transferring scientific concepts. For thisreason, as engineering sciences are growing rapidly,engineering education needs to find a modern structureand discard traditional methods that have manydisadvantages or eliminate those disadvantages. Thisarticle is based on methods based on Discovery learningand offers an example of a modern educational methodthat is formed from the combination of engineeringsciences and geography. Finally, as an examination of thestrengths of this method, ۲۱ students were asked toexpress their opinion about this sample. In order toprovide an example of engineering education with thehelp of this method, we have used boost converterrelationship education.
