Abstract:

In the present paper, we studied the hybridnanofluid flow between two concentric cylindersnumerically. Kerosene oil is used as the base fluidand graphene oxide (GO) and copper (Cu)nanoparticlesare added to it. This hybrid nanofluidflows between the two cylinders so that the innercylinder is fixed and the outer cylinder is rotating.A uniform magnetic field with a radial directionalso affects the fluid flow, and joule heating is alsoconsidered. The transformed system of nonlinearordinary differential equations is solvednumerically using the fifth-order Runge-Kuttamethod. Numerical solutions are obtained for fluidvelocity and velocity gradient, fluid temperatureand temperature gradient, pressure under theinfluence of different variables. Increasing themagnetic field parameter reduces the velocity ofthe fluid. The higher the magnetic field parameterand lead to the higher the fluid temperature.
