Abstract:
One of the concepts that has attracted the attention of educational-organizationalpsychologists in recent years is the exhaustion, lethargy, laziness and laxity of the job holder,which is called job burnout. It seems that job burnout is a response of a person tointerpersonal pressure factors in the work environment, during which the contact withcolleagues, bosses, supervisors, clients, etc., beyond the capacity of the job holder, causeschanges in his attitudes and behavior towards it. . Job burnout is a state of emotional,psychological and social fatigue caused by excessive and long-term stress. This happens whena person feels weak and unable to meet ongoing needs. . As the stress continues, the personbegins to lose the interest and motivation that led to taking on the particular role in the firstplace. In terms of purpose, this research is practical and in terms of description, it is of thecontext-finding type, in order to collect data, two Maslach job burnout questionnaires and theHersey and Goldsmith organizational performance questionnaire were used
