Abstract:

Based on the knowledge-Based View, this study examines the effect of Knowledge-Oriented Leadership on Knowledge Management Processes in the organization and it tests the direct relationship between Knowledge Management Processes and Organizational Performance through the mediating role of Knowledge Workers’ Productivity. Oil Industries Commissioning and Operation Company (OICO) in Iran was selected as a case for study. In the research methodology, an electronic questionnaire was used to collect information and structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze the data. The research results show a significant relationship between Knowledge-Oriented Leadership, Knowledge Management Processes and Organizational Performance, and at the same time, clarify valuable insights about the current literature by examining the mediating role of Knowledge Workers’ Productivity.Abbreviations: KM: Knowledge Management; KMP: Knowledge Management Processes; KOL: Knowledge-Oriented Leadership; KWP: Knowledge Workers’ Productivity; OP: Organizational Performance; KBV: Knowledge-Based View.
