The highest frequency of ABO blood groups among infected patients, belongs to O blood group with ۴۰.۶۶ percent (P>۰.۰۵). H. pylori was found in ۷۷.۱۲% of Rh+ patients (P<۰.۰۵). There is not significant relation between sex and age with infection (p> ۰.۰۵). The severity of this bacterial disease were observed in patients with blood group O more than others (P< ۰.۰۵).
