Abstract:
Barium Titanate nanopowders are widely utilized in data storage applications, ceramics, electronic devices, commuting processors, dynamic holography, and so many other applications. In this study, a nanopowder of barium titanate (BT) has been synthesized through a one-pot combustion method. Following the propellant chemistry theory, the molar ratio of reactants including Ba(NO۳)۲, TiO(NO۳)۲, and C۲H۵O۲N material was obtained with the ۱:۱:۲.۲۲۲. The prepared powders were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. The crystallite size of as-prepared BT and calcined BT was obtained at ۳۱.۸ and ۳۵ nm, respectively using the Debye Scherrer formula. Our results demonstrate the prepared barium titanate synthesized with our method has a pure phase and there I no need for any high-temperature heating or calcination.
