The Effect of Tregs on Reactive of Astrocytes in Alzheimer: A Scoping Review

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of Tregs on reactive astrocytes in Alzheimer's disease. The study used a descriptive methodology and conducted a systematic review via an internet search using Scopus. A total of ۴۳۳ articles in English were retrieved, and they were identified and analyzed for relevance. Three related articles were ultimately selected and analyzed. The findings of this research suggest that Tregs play a key role in neuroprotection. However, the effect of Tregs on astrocytes and the effect of astrocytes on the progression of Alzheimer's disease remain unclear and require further research
