Due to the development of new technologies in this era and the emergence of metaverse and web۳ platforms, building designers will be able to implement their creative ideas in urban contexts and specific buildings without any limits. In this project, we discuss the results of the metaverse's impact on Tarai. The impact of the metaverse on borderless architectural projects can have destructive effects in addition to all its advantages, such as promoting unhealthy and incompatible cultures. On the other hand, the use of this technology and its combination with virtual reality and augmented reality can be very attractive and special for project users and have a great impact on reducing costs and improving the quality of projects.
