Abstract:
This research uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to design a model of factors affecting the failure of manufacturing contracts in the field of oil and gas. The present study is applied based on the purpose and from the point of view of how information is collected; it is a type of mixed (qualitative-quantitative) research. In this research, the statistical population consists of two parts, the quality department includes ۲۱ in-university experts and specialists and experts aware of the subject of construction contracts and the quantitative part includes ۳۸۴ contractors, consultants, employers, project stakeholders, and people related to the construction contracts in the field of oil and gas. The theme analysis method was used to analyze the data of this research. The hierarchical analysis (AHP) method was used to rank the components and Spss and Expert Choice software were used to analyze the data. The results of the Hierarchical Method (AHP) showed that; comparing the five main dimensions, the technical dimension is in the first place with ۳۲.۴۲% Therefore, the technical dimension has the greatest impact and the political dimension has the least impact on the failure of construction contracts in the field of oil and gas.
