Abstract:
Civil behavior is using words and actions that show respect and courtesy toward others, whether or not you agree with what they say or do. Being civil helps maintain positive social interactions. The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the standardization of civil behavior questionnaire among ۵۶۷ school principals in Pars Abad city. To collect information, the standardized questionnaire of managers' civil behavior by Hasannejad Qanberlou and Vazifeh Damirchi (۲۰۱۹) with ۲۶ items was used, and the sample number was ۳۱۰ people. Descriptive and inferential statistics (confirmatory factor analysis, independent population t-test, correlation test and Friedman test) were used to analyze the research hypotheses. The findings of the research indicated the confirmation of the factor structure of the civil behavior model and there is an interactive relationship between the dimensions of civil behavior of managers.
