Abstract:

Due to global warming and the origin of its fossil fuels, researchers have put the production ofclean fuels on the agenda. In this paper, biodiesel fuel was produced using ZIF-۶۷ and ZIF-۶۷-NH۲catalysts, which are from the family of organic metal frames and have good catalytic properties. This fuelis a suitable alternative to oil and gas fuel. In this study, fuel production was optimized at the temperatureand ratio of oil to alcohol and the time and amount of catalyst, and BET-FT-IR and XRD analyzes wereperformed. The optimum conversion percentage for ZIF-۶۷-NH۲ catalyst is ۰.۰۱ g at ۶۰ ° C and the ratioof methanol to oil is ۲۰ in ۴۰ minutes.- IntroductionThe name diesel refers to a diesel fuel based on vegetable oil or animal fat containing a long chain alkylester. is. Bio diesel is generally obtained by the chemical reaction of a chain compound (such asvegetable oils or animal fats) with alcohol (ethanol and methanol). This fuel can be used without anychanges in diesel engines or in any amount in combination with other diesels. The term "biodiesel" iscurrently used as a standard for "mono-alkyl ester" [۱].Biodiesel is a light liquid with a yellow to dark yellow color that is like oil and cannot be mixed withwater and has a high boiling point and very low vapor pressure. Its flash point is around ۱۵۰ degreesCelsius, which makes it an almost non-flammable fuel and much safer than diesel. Biodiesel can bemixed with ordinary diesel fuel, in any proportion, even in very small amounts (which reduces emissionsand improves engine flow). Experiments show that about one percent by weight of biodiesel increaseslubrication by up to ۶۵ percent [۲-۵].
