Abstract:

Today, various applications and software have become an integral part of our daily lives. With the advancement of technology and the emergence of different smart devices, our lives have become heavily reliant on technology, the internet, and artificial intelligence. The development of artificial intelligence in different software has resulted in an increased adoption rate by users. This is because, with the implementation of various algorithms and artificial intelligence, users feel a greater sense of security and comfort when using these software and applications compared to before. Different strategies and algorithms, such as Timelines, Hashtags, etc., can help attract users to use these applications. Various applications use it, such as Facebook or Instagram, to attract users. After using AI in different applications, more users try to work with those. In addition, developers with a more reliable sense of security in adhering to company or software application policies and ensuring confidentiality, thereby increasing user trust in the software. The enhanced security, user-friendly interface, and diverse and engaging features achieved through different algorithms and artificial intelligence contribute to an application's increased popularity and user base. However, artificial intelligence is not complete yet. Many software developers are concerned about existing algorithms, including potential privacy violations and regulations, system flaws and errors, various attacks, and more. Despite technological advancement, many software or applications faced challenges that resulted in the loss of many users.
