Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of reflective teaching on the function of teachersand totally EFL classes by considering an interview-based framework. Accordingly, a semistructuredinterview including ۱۰ EFL teachers has been regarded for the research. The data thathas been allocated to this research is gathered by means of grounded theory. three categories hasbeen exported from the result of this research ۱) changing the teaching style of teachers, ۲)increasing the quality of teachers' teaching, ۳) reducing teachers' teaching errors, werecategorized. The results showed that reflective method increases the attractiveness of learning andprovides appropriate and correct teaching for students.
