The Economic Development by Improving Government Enterprises for Foreign Investors in BIK of Iran

Bandar Imam Khomeini of Iran due to the Persian Gulf and neighborhood of the UAE and with geopolitics and economic situation, congested with other trade ports, in the southwest of Iran is recognized as one of the most considerable trade port center. One of the most important factors is to alleviate capitals in trade ports however in the absence of foreign investments, it is almost impossible to promote developing countries ports toward entrepreneurial goals. One of influential elements is foreign direct investment, whereas is aimed to research the ways to attract it. This survey research, has collected census data by questionnaires meanwhile descriptive and inferential statistics are applied for data survey analysis; obtained results imply positive effects of policies and customs law, infrastructures and human resources improvements would attract foreign investments. By correlation matrix, infrastructures and human resources implies coordinated effect and residence years of experts have neutral effect in attitude survey. After all, some of applicable recommendations under Iran circumstances are represented in the trade zone as the authorities’ guideposts for development.
