Study at Mobile Banking Technology And Providing an Appropriate Framework For Iran

With the emergence and expansion of mobile banking technology, individuals are witnessing an increase in the quality of life and facilitation of daily activities, necessitating the use of new approaches to provide services. Given that stakeholders in this field are unable to take advantage of the benefits of new technologies in this area without adequate planning, this research presents a framework for the progress of this technology, bringing stakeholders in this field, banks, and individuals in society closer to the desired goal. This research examines how information technology specialists in banks and individuals in society, as the main users of this service, are familiar with mobile banking technology and the extent to which new mobile banking technologies are being used in Iranian banks. To propose the suggested framework, studies and research in this field have been used, and finally, by evaluating the proposed framework, suggestions have been made for implementing the framework in Iran, considering the newness of this technology and the numerous problems in this area. The proposed mobile banking framework takes into account the services and activities currently offered and addresses the problems and obstacles present in them by proposing new solutions.
