Abstract:

Strategic control consists of a series of actions that are used to help senior managers and to correctly guide the organization's strategy and achieve its goals. This research is applied based on its purpose, and survey based on descriptive method. Also, the type of this research is a case study. The tool of data collection is a questionnaire with acceptable validity and reliability, and sampling from the statistical population of ۱۸۱ experts working in an executive company in Iran was done using random sampling to the size of ۱۰۸ statistical samples. Then, following the principles of hypothesizing, ۸ hypotheses were presented and tested. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software. The correlation coefficients with the significance level obtained for all cases are (۰.۰۰۰), so all the variables have a significant relationship. The identified factors based on the regression test results are:۱) Clarity of authority. ۲) Proportion between specialized qualification and volume of required operations and activities ۳) Access to information required for work. We examine the indicators of employee accountability from the position of responsibility they have in the strategic control system in the water and sewerage company of Qom province in Iran. For this purpose, we will reach our goal by referring to the experts and completing the questionnaire and performing the required tests from the statistical data. In this research, first the existing factors and the literature of the subject were identified and then evaluated, and finally, based on the consultation with experts in the field of statistics, we carried out various statistical tests to determine the factors responsible for the successful implementation.
