Financial management is one of the key principles for progress in all fields. Financial procurement methods are also diverse in this area, and each of them has its own strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, sufficient mastery of financial managers in identifying and selecting the best financial procurement method according to the unique conditions of each project is highly important. In this study, the latest and most common methods of financing construction projects were selected from among the many methods used to obtain funding. As a result, this research investigated the financing methods of construction projects and it was found that the proper financial management of construction projects can help to attract the accumulated liquidity in bank accounts that are created with the intention of receiving profit, and this can prevent money injection. help the country's economy without support. Also, in order to conclude pre-sale contracts, one should enter into a contract with full knowledge of the rules and principles of these contracts and pay attention to all points and details when concluding the contract. In general, proper financial management and knowledge of the conditions and laws related to pre-sale contracts can help improve the condition of the building market in the country.
