Abstract:
The completion of tasks in the fastest time and effort has a great impacton the educational process, and because we are at the height of the boomingera of technology, there has become an urgent need for an innovative linkbetween the student and the member of the educational and administrativestaff, in an effective way that meets their new needs. Towards a promisingeducational environment and a unique, distinguished and innovativeeducational method. The course of student activities related to the schoolmust be activated to reach the largest segment of students and place theappropriate student in the activity in which he is distinguished. Also,converting paper transactions that burden the students and professors intoelectronic transactions in many matters, including academic advising.Therefore, the subject of creativity, innovation, and leadership isconsidered one of the modern topics in business administration and theknowledge economy, as it gives positive spaces for interaction andproductive work calculated in the language of expression, harmony,exemplary and normative giving, and striving for input. Developmentalconcepts on the educational system in order to achieve practical andinteractive teaching and learning shared by the service provider, the specialeducation teacher and the recipient of the service, the student and hisfamily in modern and advanced practices from a qualitative, pioneering,developmental and sectoral initiative.
