Abstract:

This article explores the influence of short-term and long-term logistics management on the processes of business management and product sales. Logistics management, as a fundamental element in the supply chain and production, has significant effects on business performance. In the short term, improving logistics performance leads to faster product deliveries to customers, cost reduction, and increased customer satisfaction. In the long term, better logistics management can enhance a business's ability to respond to market changes, improve production efficiency, reduce waste, explore new markets, and achieve sustainable growth. Overall, improving logistics management can contribute to the continuous and sustainable improvement of business performance and the creation of competitive advantages in the market. Logistics management, as one of the essential components in the supply chain and production, has noticeable impacts on the processes of business management and product sales. From increasing customer satisfaction and cost reduction to adaptability to changes in the business environment, these impacts can support business development and sustainability. Therefore, short-term and long-term logistics management can lead not only to immediate performance improvement but also to long-term performance enhancement.
