Investigating the impact of strategic leadership on risk management in EPCC projectsCase Study: EPCC Project of West Islamabad Petrochemical Industries Company

In the conditions of dynamic and uncertain environment in EPCC projects, where neglecting it at any moment can cause irreparable damage, strategic leadership with its insight and forward-looking thinking can lead to project risk management and develop a culture of risk-taking and management. It pays in the organization. This study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of strategic leadership on risk management in the West Islamabad Petrochemical EPCC project. This study is based on the purpose of the applied type and descriptive-survey data collection method, and also to collect theoretical data and define research variables, field interview was used and then the researcher-made questionnaire was used. Statistical methods using SPSS۲۵ and SMART PLS۴ software were used to analyze the data. The results show that strategic leadership with a regression coefficient of ۰.۹۳۶ has a very high impact on risk management in West Islamabad project.
