Abstract:

Population size and population growth are widely recognized as the main causes of carbon dioxideemissions, greenhouse gas emissions, the consequences of environmental degradation, includingground-level air pollutants, deforestation, and total natural resource consumption. Be (۱-۳).In April ۲۰۱۲, the Royal Society published a report entitled People and the Planet, which found thatpopulation growth and rapid increases in consumption levels are depleting the world's resources andcausing a range of environmental damage, such as depleting freshwater and sequestering carbon andcarbon dioxide in the atmosphere (۹). In this study, based on the statistics of the World Bank, therelationship between the population of each country and the amount of CO۲ production is examined.
