Abstract:
In communication, media are the outlets or tools used to store and deliver content; semantic information or subject matter of which the media contains. Although today, the plurality of media has led to the emergence of a plural and specialized audience, and in this way, it is not possible to reach a consensus on a subject through one medium. But with a correct and comprehensive planning, you can take advantage of all the media facilities, and in the correct and timely transmission of information in demographic fields to the audience, you can reach the goals set in the demographic strategic plans to a large extent. While the accumulation of weapons in the Middle East, the population explosion and the Islamic movement are the three main threats against the northern and developed countries, and the reduction of the population of Islamic countries is a pre-planned project that is promoted through the mass media of these countries. If developing countries like Iran do not control the declining rate of population growth, they will face the problem of population aging and dangerous population decline in the next few years, which will cost a lot to the country's economy and security. According to the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, in the context of the necessity of "preparing a comprehensive plan for the production and implementation of all kinds of educational, research, information, demonstration, propaganda, etc. programs in the mass media; Especially Sada and Sima and its provincial networks with the aim of creating discourse and promoting the benefits of having children and explaining the negative effects of reducing the fertility rate, taking into account the conditions and strategic requirements of mass media; Especially the national media should clearly formulate their strategies, policies and plans to change the existing discourse in the field of childbearing and rule a new discourse in the society based on a precise and calculated plan. A discourse that will ultimately lead to passing the critical stage of population reduction and increasing it until reaching the desired level. One of the important requirements for the formulation of these strategies, policies and programs is to accurately identify the causes and factors of the drastic decrease in the country's population in the last two decades and the formation of a population crisis or problem.
